The 4-step process is straightforward: simply add the measured amount of grit, water, and stones to your tumbler, seal it, and let it tumble. For optimal results, follow our recommended guideline of 2 tbsp of grit per pound of stones.

Our rock tumbler grit set features convenient, hard plastic jars with secure lids to prevent leaks and messes. Use the desired amount of grit and easily store the rest for future use. A scoop is included for precise measurement, and the jars are neatly packaged and labeled for easy identification.

The final polish in our kit is made of high-quality aluminum oxide, the preferred choice of professionals for achieving a wet, polished look. While the silicon carbide grits do an excellent job, the aluminum oxide ensures a remarkable shine when used in the last stage of tumbling.
